Comply Correct — Subscription Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — 5 August 2026. These terms apply to self-service subscriptions to the Comply Correct platform, operated by Correct Group Ltd ("we", "us"). By ticking the acceptance box during sign-up you agree, on behalf of the organisation you register ("you", "your organisation"), to be bound by these terms and by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What the platform is — and is not

Comply Correct is a software tool that helps your organisation organise, record and evidence its own compliance activities. It is not a certification body, an audit service, a law firm, or a guarantee of compliance. Guidance, templates, AI-generated suggestions and readiness scores are provided for convenience only and do not constitute professional advice.

2. No guarantee of certification or audit outcome

We do not warrant or guarantee that your organisation will pass any audit, achieve or retain any certification (including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Cyber Essentials, or any other standard), or satisfy any regulator. Certification decisions rest solely with independent certification bodies and auditors, based on your organisation's actual practices, controls and evidence.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: the accuracy and completeness of the information, documents and evidence you record; the actual implementation and operation of your controls; your organisation's compliance with the laws and standards that apply to it; maintaining the cloud storage (Microsoft SharePoint or Google Workspace) and, where chosen, the AI service connected to the platform; controlling which of your users have access; and reviewing any AI-assisted output before relying on it. You agree that we are not liable for, and you hold us harmless against, any non-compliance, audit failure, regulatory action, loss or claim arising from your organisation's own acts, omissions, records or controls.

4. Prerequisites

The platform stores your documents and evidence in your own cloud storage (Microsoft 365/SharePoint or Google Workspace), which you must hold and maintain. Sign-in requires a Microsoft or Google work account on your organisation's own domain. We hold references to your files, not the files themselves; your storage provider's permissions continue to govern who can read them.

5. Fees, trial and cancellation

Fees are as displayed at sign-up (exclusive of VAT), billed monthly in advance by recurring card payment until cancelled. The introductory trial is charged at the stated one-off fee and converts automatically to the monthly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Failed payments may lead to suspension after the stated grace period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that: we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from audit or certification outcomes; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the platform in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the platform in that period.

7. Data protection

For personal data your organisation records in the platform we act as processor on your behalf; for account and billing data we act as controller — see the Privacy Policy. You warrant that you are entitled to store the data you record.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. On termination your data remains in your own storage; we will delete platform records relating to your tenant on written request, subject to legal retention duties.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
