Before you start
- ☁️ Cloud storage is a prerequisite — Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) or Google Workspace (Drive).
- 🔑 Sign-in uses your existing Microsoft/Google work accounts — no new passwords.
- 🔒 Only authorised users of your company can access your workspace, and file access follows your own storage permissions.
